About the role
Are you an energetic sales professional who loves winning new business and smashing targets?
We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to manage our Groups, Weddings and Events business.
Responsibilities
- Actively pursue group leads, develop compelling proposals and quotations that convert into confirmed bookings.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Drive sales growth across groups, weddings, corporate events and MICE.
- Build strong relationships with resorts, tourism partners and key decision-makers.
- Achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify creative ways to expand our market reach and grow revenue.
Requirements
- A confident, energetic go-getter with a genuine passion for sales and designing luxury custom-made ocean experiences.
- Proven success in sales or business development, preferably in tourism or hospitality.
- Excellent networking, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A self-motivated, commercially minded professional who thrives on achieving results.
