About the role
KaiWai Watersports Fiji is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Agent to join our team.
As a Sales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, promoting and booking a range of premium watersports experiences. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to confidently engage with guests from around the world.
Responsibilities
- Engage with guests and promote KaiWai experiences
- Handle bookings, enquiries, and payments
- Provide accurate information on all activities
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, friendly, and well-presented
- Sales-driven with a proactive approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in sales, tourism, or hospitality is an advantage
