1.About HireMe
HireMe is a job board for Fiji, run by DuttMarketing. We connect job seekers and employers. We aren’t a recruitment agency, and we don’t employ anyone through the site.
2.Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use HireMe.
- Give true, accurate information, and keep it up to date.
- One person, one account. Keep your password private.
- You’re responsible for anything done through your account.
3.For job seekers
- Your profile, CV and applications must be honest and your own.
- Applying doesn’t guarantee an interview or a job. Each employer makes its own decisions.
- A genuine employer will never ask you to pay to apply or to get a job. If one does, report it to us.
4.For employers
- Post only real jobs your organisation is hiring for.
- Job ads must be lawful and non-discriminatory, and describe the role honestly.
- Never charge applicants any fee to apply, interview or be hired.
- Use applicants’ information only to recruit for the job they applied to. Don’t share it, sell it, or contact applicants for anything else.
- Private notes about applicants must be professional, fair and non-discriminatory. HireMe may review notes if there’s a complaint.
- Each employer account manages one company. Requests to manage a company are reviewed by HireMe.
5.Listings and payments
- Each job listing runs for the length of the plan you choose. The listing time starts when we confirm your payment.
- Prices are shown when you choose a plan, before you pay.
- Some details can be edited while a job is live. The role itself (title, category, level, type and location) is locked.
- Launch offer: job listings are free until 31 December 2026 (Fiji time). We review listings after they go live and may remove any that break these terms. After that, normal prices apply.
- Refunds: once your listing is live, we don’t give refunds. We’ll refund you in full if we can’t publish your listing, if you paid twice for the same listing, or if we take your listing down for a reason that isn’t your fault. There’s no refund if we remove a listing because it breaks these terms. To ask for a refund, contact us within 30 days of paying. We refund the same way you paid.
6.What isn’t allowed
- Fake jobs, scams, or asking applicants for money
- Pretending to be someone else, or another company
- Harassing or misleading other users
- Copying or scraping HireMe’s content or users’ information
- Uploading anything harmful, illegal or that you don’t have the right to share
- Trying to break into, overload or get around HireMe’s security
7.How we moderate
To keep HireMe safe, we may edit, remove or restore job listings and company pages, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where we remove a listing, we’ll tell the employer why.
8.Career advice
Articles in our Resources hub are general guidance, not professional, legal or financial advice.
9.Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it, you let HireMe show it on the site as needed to run the service. The HireMe name, logo and design belong to us.
10.Our responsibility
We work hard to keep HireMe running and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We’re not responsible for what employers or job seekers say or do, or for hiring decisions.
11.Closing your account
You can stop using HireMe at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
12.Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Fiji.
13.Changes
If we make important changes to these terms, we’ll update the date at the top and let you know on the site.
